We use marble based on your requirement. For white moorti we offer Makrana white marble — sourced from Makrana, Rajasthan, the same marble used in the Taj Mahal — and Vietnam white marble, which is also premium quality. For black marble statues we use Bheslana black marble from Rajasthan. We use only genuine natural stone.

Makrana marble is considered the finest white marble in India — pure white, fine grain, extremely durable and spiritually significant. Vietnam white marble is also premium quality with consistent bright whiteness. Both are genuine natural marble.

Genuine marble feels naturally cool to the touch, has a slight translucence when held to light, and has fine natural veining. Marble dust composites are heavier, feel plastic-like, and yellow over time. At Ram Krishna Moorti Art, we source all our marble directly from quarries and can show you the raw material before carving begins.

Prices vary based on size, marble type and level of detailing. Small moorti (6–9 inches) start from a few thousand rupees. Medium pieces (12–18 inches) range higher depending on carving complexity. Yes, we make all 24 Jain Tirthankar moorti including Mahavir Swami, Adinath, Parshvanath and others. We follow strict Jain shilp shastra traditions in every detail of the carving. Both white Makrana marble and black Bheslana marble options are available as per your tradition.

We make marble moorti in all sizes — from a small 4-inch personal shrine moorti to a 6-foot temple installation. Popular home sizes are 9 inch, 12 inch, 18 inch and 24 inch. We also make life-size human statues and oversized temple sculptures on commission.

Small moorti (6–12 inches) typically take 15–20 days. Medium pieces (18–24 inches) take 25–35 days. Large custom statues and installations take 45–90 days depending on complexity. We share photos at every key stage of the carving process so you can see progress.

Every moorti is individually wrapped in soft foam, placed in a custom-fitted wooden crate and sealed securely. For fragile or intricate pieces, we use double-layer foam padding. Crates are clearly marked as fragile. We have safely delivered thousands of pieces across India and internationally without damage.
